We are proud to announce that our OmniChannel Retail division recently won four awards at the Du Partners Awards ceremony held in Dubai earlier this week.
Jumbo was awarded ‘Best Partner for 2018’ for achieving retail excellence based on overall sales performance, operational compliance at all outlets and high-quality customer service.
We also won the ‘Best Sales Staff - Enterprise Segment Award’, the ‘Best Sales Staff - Fixed Services Segment Award’ for selling the highest number of broadband services, and a recognition for our Franchise Business Head for ‘Supporting the Du Franchise Unit in 2018’.
These awards reinforce our strong sales performance and target achievements month-on-month, as well as our commitment to continuously put the customer at the heart of the business.
