Jumbo Serve wins three awards from Samsung for outstanding Customer services

We are excited to announce that Jumbo Serve received three new awards that reflect the company’s commitment to offering best in class Customer care and after sale services. This award is given in recognition of Jumbo Serve’s outstanding contribution and excellence in service operations

Jumbo Serve received the Samsung 2020 Best Service Center Award – CE across the Middle East & Africa Region, the Best performing ASC (Superior - CE) 2020 by Samsung Gulf, and the Best AV Engineer Award 2020 by Samsung Gulf for Mr. Thameem Ahamed from Jumbo Electronics Service Center, UAE.

Since then, it has been providing high quality after sale services that resulted in enhancement of customer satisfaction for Samsung in the region. This was demonstrated by receiving the ‘Best Service Center Award’ for the second year in row by remaining committed to service standards & quality set by Samsung.
