We are pleased to announce that Jumbo Facility Management Division has received a highest level of accolade from the Directorate of Public Works, Sharjah. This award was given for the excellence in providing services and managing the facilities of the Directorate across the Emirate od Sharjah.
Jumbo Facility Management started working with the Directorate of Public Works in 2014. Since then, we have provided services to over 50 buildings, which are spread across various cities of the Emirate. The Services provided include HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and other related services.
Jumbo provides support through a team of dedicated personnel and offers 24 x 7 customer care service with SLAs of 15 minutes response time and 12-hour rectification time. With these stringent SLAs, Jumbo Facility Management provides the highest level of services with a minimal downtime to ensure continuous availability of all facilities.
