This award was conferred on us for achieving exceptional sales performance including the highest TNPS Scores, highest roll-out of category B stores and lowest claw-back across all du franchise partners. We have been the proud recipients of this illustrious award three times in a row since 2018.

Our du Franchise store in Abu Dhabi Mall was given this honor for excellent achievement in Transactional Net Promoter Score across all Jumbo Franchise stores, which is a key measure of customer satisfaction.

Mahmoud Samy Mansour, our customer service representative in Bawadi Mall, was presented with the ‘Enterprise Sales Agent Award’ for his remarkable performance in selling the highest number of enterprise postpaid plans. An estimated 1000 franchisee staff was competing for this award across UAE.
