The service arm of Jumbo Group, Jumbo Serve was bestowed with the coveted Magonote ‘Omotenashi Project’ award from Sony for their consistent efforts to improve the customer satisfaction for ILC Category in FY ’18.
In Japanese, ‘Omotenashi’ is the epitome of service quality – the utmost amalgamation of hospitality, professionalism and respect. It is indeed an honor to receive this award for the second time.
It is with great delight to also announce that Jumbo Serve won two more awards, namely:
- Best Repair Operations Improvement
- Best Multi Category Technician Development
